On the 4th of July we woke up early and went to the zoo. We picked up my mom and met Marian, Brighton, Tristan and Ella there. We got in an hour early because Ella and my mom are members of the zoo. It was perfect because hardly anyone else was there. It was super muggy and hot, but we all had a ton of fun!
The new Orangutan Exhibit was open and it was really neat!!

Tristan realized how much he loved his Aunt Katie this trip...and I loved every second of it! :)
I think because we went so early in the morning we got to see the animals being fed! So cool!
